Great News kis golf may be on the road to improved customer service...


I have spent many months of my life over the past 1.5 years and a portion of which was moderating hundreds and hundreds of comments and countless post on this Blog. I have removed them and filed them some time back. Those whom were sharing their experiences here know all to well that this was an uncomfortable journey comment after comment. The intent of the Blog was two fold - - 1] create a venue to express ones concerns as this was not being satisfied @ kis case after case, and 2] at the same time to provide the opportunity to demonstrate the extent kis was willing or not to yield to better customer service. There continues to be a
number of people whom communicate with me by email and phone that I encouraged to go directly to a kis rep for answers...

Every good & honest business should provide various public product & service venues that are critical marketing materials to prepare everyone they expect to make any financial decision. The days of slick quick sales are history for anyone in today's world. Individuals and major corporations have been takers (crooks/cons) for way to long. And because of this reality there is hesitation ultimately for every consumer today when it comes to any financial decision. The power of word of mouth, and community bearing the truth & facts are today's social media marketing method of choice by all consumers, and if any company does not think so, take a look at your financial reports. You may be able to tell your stock holders and investors that it is the economy, wrong. It is customer service every time it comes to a decision to continuing to spend or not by the consumer.. So out with the emotional financial decision kis hopes for - "its for your family bs"... as this is just that by its self, and yields a head ache for the seller and the buyer as I have experienced time and time again.
